Refunds and cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled from Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access remains available through the paid period.

Studio Downloads that have already completed are not refundable. If a Download fails before completion, the corresponding reserved allowance is released.

For duplicate charges or a material service failure, email support@easysociable.com with the account email and request ID.
